Phone numbers used by scUmsters/gangsters

Check a phone number for existence on file:
1.) Determine the Country Code;
2.) Omit (do not use) these characters: + - . , ( ) [ or ]      no dashes, hyphens, periods, commas etc.
3.) Use this format: CCC NNNNNNN      Example: 234 5673283
     where CCC is the Country Code (check below) and NNNNNNNN is the Phone number.
4.) Enter one space between the Country Code and the Number;
5.) If the country code has only 1 or 2 digts, enter only 1 or 2 digits, i.e. England = 44 not 044;
